Beach Baker is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a highly respected and forward-thinking commercial property consultancy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Management Surveyor (Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level) to join a dynamic and supportive team managing a diverse and high-quality portfolio across the South West and Wales.
With a client base that includes investors, developers, and corporates, this role offers the chance to work on a wide range of assets, from modern office buildings and retail parks to historic properties-while developing your career in a collaborative and professional environment.
xf0x9fx8cx9f What You'll Be Doing

• Portfolio Management: Oversee a varied commercial property portfolio, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Service Charges & Budgets: Prepare, manage, and reconcile service charge budgets for multi-let properties.
• Client & Tenant Liaison: Build strong relationships with landlords, occupiers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Lease Management: Handle tenant applications, lease reviews, and ensure compliance with lease terms.
• Inspections & Reporting: Conduct regular site visits and provide detailed performance reports.
• Business Development: Support pitches and contribute to the growth of the department's client base.

• MRICS qualified (preferred, not essential).
• Proven experience in commercial property management.
• Strong understanding of service charge budgets and lease obligations.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage portfolios independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
