The ideal candidate will have hands-on field experience and the ability to lead and deliver projects such as fire damper testing, indoor air hygiene services, and kitchen extract cleaning. While experience in one or more of these areas is essential, we're committed to supporting the right candidate with specialist training, including newly launched

Key Responsibilities
Surveying ventilation systems and proposing solutions for cleaning access and fire damper issues
Identifying faults, reporting findings, and advising on remedial actions
Project managing and supervising the delivery of fire damper testing and inspections, cleaning ventilation supply and extract systems and Air Handling Units (AHUs), installation of access doors and kitchen extract cleaning. Occasionally overseeing commercial kitchen cleaning.
Assisting the Service Team with project/job management, scheduling
Maintaining accurate records of cleaning activities and reporting any issues promptly
Completing surveys, post-service reports and timesheets using our live mobile apps
Training and mentoring technicians in the field
Attending client inductions, delivering "Tool Box Talks" and supporting dynamic risk assessments
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential:
Proven experience in the ventilation industry, including ductwork or fire damper testing/remedials
Knowledge of
TR19
guidelines and
BSEN 15780
Comfortable working in and around plant rooms, at height, or in confined spaces
Strong understanding of Health & Safety with practical site experience
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
card
Awareness of asbestos safety
Full UK driving licence
Proficiency in IT tools such as mobile apps, Excel, and Word
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to consult and build relationships
Desirable:
Experience in
LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation)
Background in machinery maintenance, servicing, or building/construction maintenance
