What you'll be doing
Our Support Officers are trained to deliver exceptional customer service. They ensure all property valuation instructions are processed within agreed service levels, and this involves booking valuation appointments and arranging our in-house surveyors' diaries. It can be a challenging but rewarding role where two days are rarely the same. The team operate in a fast-paced environment where the customer outcome is their priority. The role entails a large amount of phone work, together with a variety of admin work.
If you have the skills to contact customers to arrange access to their property and can plan an effective travel route for our surveyors, then we will teach you the necessary processes and introduce you to the relevant systems that will enable you to become an effective Support Officer.   • Book valuation appointments and obtain the necessary property information to enable the inspections to be undertaken successfully
  • Communicate with our surveyors regularly to ensure their day goes as planned
  • Understand the need to process the valuation instructions in a timely and efficient manner
About You
What you'll bring to the team
We are looking for people to join our team that are keen to deliver great customer outcomes. If you are able to use questioning skills to obtain as the property information required by our surveyors and put the customers mind at rest regarding the reason for the valuation, then we want to hear from you.
We already have a great team in place, but they would love to be joined by someone that could bring along these skills that would help them process the valuation instructions and admin work.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrate problem solving with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to adapt to change and remain calm under pressure
  • Experience of dealing with customers on the telephone

Working hours
Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (1 hour lunch). Hybrid working 3 days in the officer per week.
