What you'll be doing
Our Support Officers are trained to deliver exceptional customer service. They ensure all property valuation instructions are processed within agreed service levels, and this involves booking valuation appointments and arranging our in-house surveyors' diaries. It can be a challenging but rewarding role where two days are rarely the same. The team operate in a fast-paced environment where the customer outcome is their priority. The role entails a large amount of phone work, together with a variety of admin work.
If you have the skills to contact customers to arrange access to their property and can plan an effective travel route for our surveyors, then we will teach you the necessary processes and introduce you to the relevant systems that will enable you to become an effective Support Officer.
