We are looking for a Surveyor technician to join our team and oversee the construction of our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project site, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring safety standards are met, and monitoring the progress of the project. The ideal candidate should have a degree in engineering or a related field, and experience in site engineering and construction management.

About You:

You will be from a Civil Engineering background with a minimum of HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent. You will most likely be working as a Surveyor technician a similar Contractor. Have proven experience in the accurate measurement, setting out, levelling & surveying of various site works It is vital that you possess excellent communication and people management skills and have the drive and enthusiasm to manage a project through to completion, within budget and program. You need to possess practical, problem solving and engineering abilities and the ability to work in high pressure environments and within a team. Pervious experience in precast installation will be advantage.

Qualifications

Formal qualification in Civil Engineering Commitment to the highest practicable standards of Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental protection Good written and oral communication skills Full driving license Demonstrable experience in the same or similar role within construction preferable Knowledge of the requirements of Safety/Environmental Legislation preferable CSCS card
