: Full-Time Sushi Chef For Immediate Start

Location: Temple Fortune, NW11

Hours: 45 hours per week (Sunday to Friday; Saturday hours during winter and varied openings in summer)

Pay: 13.5-15.00

OMI Sushi is a restaurant, dedicated to providing a high-quality sushi dining experience. We are looking for a skilled and experienced sushi chef to join our team and bring their expertise and creativity to the kitchen. This role also offers the opportunity to grow within the business and take on new responsibilities as we expand.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare high-quality sushi, incorporating innovative and modern designs. Demonstrate expertise in fish preparation, including cutting and handling techniques. Ensure all work complies with our strict dietary requirements. Knowledge of hot food preparation is a plus.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a sushi chef in a professional kitchen. Strong understanding of sushi preparation techniques and fish handling. Creative mindset with a willingness to embrace new ideas. Ability to maintain a clean and organised work environment in line with dietary regulations. Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings. Right to work in the UK.
