Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kiosk Staff member to join our team at a bustling Japanese Sushi food kiosk in the Witham and Maldon areas in Essex.

Travelling between both sites is MUST.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and customer service, with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of delicious food items to customers
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and serving areas
- Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly manner
- Utilise upselling techniques to promote additional menu items
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and restaurant team to ensure smooth operations

Experience:
- Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles is advantageous
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong time management abilities to handle busy periods effectively
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment is beneficial
