As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, serving, and maintaining food safety standards. Duties

Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards Serve food and beverages to customers with a friendly and attentive approach Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally

Requirements

Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not essential Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills is advantageous Understanding of food safety practices is essential Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service Ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
