Job Title: Sustainability Data Analyst

Department: ESG & Sustainability

Location: London

The Sustainability Data Analyst will work closely with the Associate Director of ESG & Sustainability within LSH\'s ESG and Sustainability team, to support group wide sustainability functions and managing a wide verity of data sets to meet our compliance, corporate and our client\'s Sustainability objectives. LSH have committed to the SBTi Net Zero target for scope 1 & 2 and scope 3 reduction of 50% by 2030 with an ultimate net zero goal of 2040. The sustainability data analyst will provide in-depth analysis and engaging reports to support with this ambitious target and support client\'s with achieve their net zero ambitions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for collecting, cleansing and analysing large scale Sustainability related data sets for a variety of different platforms and frameworks.
  • Collect, submit and analyse Planet Mark annual data submissions for scopes 1,2 & 3 carbon emissions.
  • Work with the Corporate sustainability manager to analyse and produce reports on the progress of LSH\'s corporate net zero targets.
  • Provide trend analysis and budget forecasts on Social Value data metrics to the Social Value Portal
  • Submit data to CPD and Eco Vadis disclosures to support bidding.
  • Support on client disclosures to GRESB, GRI, TCFD, CDP and other reporting frameworks.
  • Disclose utility data to support REEB Benchmark.
  • Responsible for data collection, collation and analysis of specific client delivery projects and audits reports to tight deadlines and to a high standard.
  • Contribute and develop a LSH Sustainability Dashboard to track and monitor key live metrics.
Required Experience
  • 2 years\' experience in complex data sets
  • Experience with ESG reporting frameworks and portals.
  • Good understanding of GHG protocol carbon accounting.
  • Advance use and proficiency of Office 365 suit such as Excel, Power Query, power BI, Power Automate and SharePoint.
  • Experience in utility or sustainability platforms and frameworks such as GRESB, CPD, Eco Vadis and Planet Mark, Social value portal.
  • Experience with API and FTP server data sharing and cleansing experience of large data sets.
Relevant Skills
  • Attention to detail regarding data quality and errors
  • Able to automate data processes using macros and power automate flows.
  • Ability to splice and present data into a crisp visual analytics dashboard.
  • Lateral thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Project Manage multiple frameworks and projects in order of priority.
  • Able to collaborate with a team and stakeholders across the business.
