Become a Wellbeing Walk Leader
Open to current University of Worcester students
Pay: 12.21/hr + 1.71/hr holiday pay
Hours: Part-time (approx. 1 hour per walk with 1 hour preparation/evaluation time), 16 walks planned Feb-Apr 2026)
Department: School of Health & Wellbeing (in partnership with Worcester Community Rail Partnership)

Are you passionate about wellbeing, nature, and making a difference?
Join our team of 10 student Wellbeing Walk Leaders to guide friendly, inclusive walks along Worcester's Rail Trails.
You'll help university students and staff connect with nature, boost mental health, and explore sustainable travel--while gaining paid experience and leadership skills.
