About the role:
As a Sustainability Practitioner, you'll help your organisation make a positive impact on society and the environment. You'll assist in creating and delivering sustainability plans, campaigns, and projects that reflect the company's values and goals. You'll work under the guidance of an experienced Sustainability Consultant, gaining hands-on experience while studying towards a Level 4 qualification.
The Sustainability Practitioner Apprenticeship Programme will provide you with the skills to support and engage within different parts of the business. This apprenticeship is designed to help you develop the essential skills required for a successful career in Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability. During the course, you'll gain hands-on experience in supporting various projects. You'll also learn how to communicate effectively and work professionally in a fast-paced business setting.
Main Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of the organisation's CR&S strategy
Support the delivery of social impact projects or campaigns
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support the promotion responsible business practices
Conduct research on sustainability trends and risks
Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting on CR&S performance
Contribute to internal and external communications, including sustainability reports
Help ensure compliance with relevant environmental and social regulations
Champion ethical and inclusive practices across the organisation
Entry Requirements:
You'll need to attend an online interview with our Talent Team and pass initial assessments in maths and English once you have completed your registration.
You will need to be within a commutable distance to the office location listed.
