Role Summary



You will be responsible for the development and delivery of the Road Map for Net Carbon Zero by 2030.

You will support our clients and project teams to achieve their sustainability, environmental and social value targets.

You will lead the planning, delivery, and reporting of social value initiatives across our projects and will work closely with project teams to help our clients' ensure that their construction activities generate lasting social, economic, and environmental benefits.

Sustainability Responsibilities:



Periodic update and reporting of Company Carbon Footprint data. Delivery of Net Zero Pathway - aligned with Scienced Based Targets and support third part certification requirements. Deliver project-specific sustainability targets across our project portfolio with direct day to day responsibility for major projects (including KGX1, TVC Phase 2, 2 Aldermanbury Square). Update and manage the company sustainable product library liaising and working with our supply chain to obtain product certifications and secure product roadmap where necessary. Support project teams to achieve project and client sustainability targets including BREEAM and WELL Standard. Become the Design for Performance NABERS UK Champion for the company in order to support clients and project teams. Research and review government, local policy, industry guidance and commitments and educate Lloret employees including construction carbon reporting, SBTIs, RICS and whole-life carbon assessments. Responsible for leading Sustainability reporting and feed into the Board Report (reporting to be developed). Deliver in-house and customer training on sustainability targets for projects and/or issues affecting our projects/products and carry out engagement with project teams to ensure requirements are understood. Represent Lloret at client meetings and industry events, specialising in sustainability. Deliver training and carry out engagement with designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure understanding of our sustainability strategy and Sustainability Brief.

Social Value Responsibilities



Develop and implement project-specific Social Value Action Plans aligned with client requirements and project KPI's. Embed social value into the early stages of project planning, including bid submissions and pre-construction phases. Coordinate with site teams to deliver employment, skills, and community engagement targets (e.g., apprenticeships, school outreach, local hiring). Monitor subcontractor contributions to social value and ensure alignment with project goals. Record and report social value contributions for each project Develop and implement employee social value events inc. local charity fundraising, local volunteering

Skills & Qualifications



Sustainability or Environmental Science Degree Good organisation and project management skills Experience of delivering multiple projects to deadlines Strong professional network and networking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

Experience



You should have some relevant experience in a social value, CSR, or community engagement role ideally within the construction or infrastructure sector You will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of public procurement requirements and social value frameworks.
This role is office based in Coulsdon with regular travel to client sites in London as required.
