We are looking for an

experienced sales executive

to join our Suzuki sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a trusted brand. The role involves selling New and Used Suzuki, Motability and Non-Franchised vehicles, promoting finance, extended warranties and service plans.

Location - Hadfield Road, Cardiff, CF11 8WD

Objectives:

To provide the highest levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient service projecting the quality image of our company. To achieve personal sales and profit targets and activity levels as defined in the job description. To use your phone skills to appoint existing customers to professionally renew expiring finance agreements. To achieve all the key performance standards contained within the job description.

You will:

Have an outstanding record of sales achievement within the automotive industry. Be a Self-Motivated individual Be able to comply with all company and manufacturer's disciplines, procedures, and reporting analysis. Be able to work within a defined sales process environment. Be an excellent administrator. Have competent computer skills. Have an understanding of database management.

Benefits:

This position offers excellent terms and benefits including a good basic salary and commission structure plus a company car after a successful probation period - realistic OTE in excess of 50,000.

Full Suzuki training will be provided with a view to earning Brand Accreditation within a maximum 12-month period.

Hours & Holidays:

22 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (increased with time served to a maximum of 25 days)

Fixed day off during the week

Every Sunday off
