We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate features and benefits. Collaborate with team members to strategise on sales approaches and share best practices. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products. Meet or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail or business-to-business environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport quickly. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment. Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite and Keyloop experience will be beneficial. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
