Are you passionate about cars, love talking to people, and enjoy creating great first impressions? We're looking for a friendly and motivated Showroom Host & Product Genius to be the welcoming face of our Suzuki dealership and the go-to expert on our extensive range of vehicles.

About The Role
Customer Engagement: Greet walk-in customers, respond to online and phone enquiries, and build strong relationships to understand their needs.
Showroom Management: Keep the showroom and vehicle forecourt clean, organised, and looking its best at all times.
Vehicle Presentation: Confidently explain and demonstrate vehicle features across a wide range of makes and models.
Test Drives: Join customers on test drives, showcasing features and helping them experience each car at its best.
Sales Support: Support sales executives with administrative tasks, document preparation, and customer handovers.
Admin Duties: Help with order tracking, paperwork, filing, and ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
Training & Development: Take part in ongoing training to build expert-level knowledge of a broad range of manufacturers, technologies, and aftersales services.
