Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, qualified and experienced

Level 2 Swim Coach

to join our coaching team. The successful candidate will work with a range of squads, delivering engaging, technically focused sessions that support swimmer development and club progression.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver effective training sessions in line with the club programme Support swimmer development through constructive feedback and technical instruction Work collaboratively with the Head Coach and wider coaching team Ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all swimmers Attend competitions and club events where required

Requirements

Swim England (or equivalent) Level 2 Teacher/Coach qualification

Experience coaching age-group swimmers in a club environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive, professional, and motivating coaching style Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain) Safeguarding certificates desirable (or willingness to obtain) Pool safety certificate essential
