We are now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic
Assistant Manager
to join our swim school team. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and is passionate about helping a business grow.
About the Role
As Assistant Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the swim school, help lead the team, and ensure our swimmers and families receive a positive, high-quality experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Manager with daily operations
Help organise timetables, staff cover, and admin tasks
Assist with staff supervision and motivation
Maintain a positive, welcoming environment for swimmers and parents
Show initiative in solving problems and improving systems
Step up to lead when required
