Summary

As a Swim Instructor at Everyone Active, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality swimming lessons that inspire and educate participants of all ages. Your expertise will help us fulfill our mission of promoting health and fitness within the community.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging swimming lessons for individuals and groups of varying skill levels. Educate participants on swimming techniques, water safety, and personal fitness. Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to swimmers to enhance their skills. Create a positive and encouraging environment that motivates participants to achieve their goals. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during lessons to maintain a safe swimming environment. Collaborate with other instructors to develop programs that meet community needs.

Requirements

Previous experience as a swim instructor or coach is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and water safety practices. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate participants. Ability to motivate and inspire individuals of all ages. Relevant certifications in swimming instruction or coaching are preferred.

Pay: 18.50 per hour
