Job Description

Experienced fun swim teacher required to work teaching in our 31 degree Spa pool . On Thursdays hours are 3.15pm to 7.15pm these are private 1-1 or 2-1 levels and are from ducklings up to Stage 2 and basic stroke work, preparing the children to go for lessons in our bigger / deeper pool

Working with SEN children would be an advantage

We have our own pools so are Not term time , so a good mixture of classes

Pay is 17.50

We also have additional cover hours available

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the swim program's goals and objectives
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for participants
- Evaluate and track the progress of each swimmer and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure the pool area is clean, organized, and safe for all participants
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sports coaching or teaching is preferred
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming strokes and techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate swimming skills to participants
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with individuals of all ages
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check
