Are you passionate about swimming and love working with children and adults alike? We're looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic swim teacher to join our dynamic team
Overview
As a Swim Teacher, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging swimming lessons to a variety of age groups and skill levels. You'll help students develop water confidence, stroke technique, and a lifelong love of swimming in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver structured swimming lessons in line with our curriculum
Provide clear, positive instruction and individual feedback
Ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment
Communicate with parents/guardians regarding progress and any concerns
Maintain accurate attendance and progress records
Requirements:
A valid Swim Teacher qualification (e.g.,Swim England, STA or equivalent)
Pool rescue award (e.g, NARASTC, Pool responder, RLSS)
In date DBS enhanced check
A patient, enthusiastic, and professional attitude
