Job Summary:
We have a role available for a passionate level 1 qualified Swimming Assistant to join our team at our venue, Bradford Grammar School. The hours are Sunday 3pm - 7pm. You will be responsible for providing assistance and support during swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels. 13 per hour ( depending on experience) on a self-employed basis.

Duties:
- Assisting in lessons, providing support to teachers on water safety and swimming techniques
- Help to ensure a safe and positive learning environment during lessons
- Provide support and assistance during swimming activities and games
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the pool area

Skills:
- Proficient in swimming and an experienced swimming assistant (preferable)
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with swimmers and teachers
- Ability to adapt to varying tasks and work with different learning styles
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents
- Valid DBS preferable , however will be completed in-house as required.

Privately owned swim school with ongoing training and support from the owners.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 per week

Experience:

Teaching assistant: 1 year (preferred)
