Hourly rate from 9.00 per hour (depending on age 16+)

Bradfield College Sports Complex & St Andrews Prep School, Reading, Berkshire.

Shifts Available:

Saturday Mornings, Sunday Mornings & Sunday Afternoon

Bradfield College enjoys a well-established reputation for being one of the country's leading co-educational, independent schools. Our impressive Sports Complex and Indoor Tennis Centre operate as busy dual-use facilities, catering for both the College and external users.

We are seeking highly motivated Swimming Assistants to support our very busy Children's Swimming Lesson Programme that takes place at weekends during the school term and some School Holidays/Half-Terms. We are running two swim schools one at Bradfield College and the other at St Andrew's Prep School, Pangbourne.

Under the guidance of the Swimming Teacher the Swim Assistants are there to assist the children in the early levels of their swimming development.

Candidates will be able to demonstrate that they can communicate well with young children and have empathy in their approach. Good swimming ability is also required so they are personally confident in the water and capable of demonstrating as required. Previous experience of working with children would also be desirable.

The post holder is expected to display good time keeping and organisation skills when accepting shifts and arriving for work.

Full Training will be given for this role. A work uniform will also be provided.
