GLL is currently looking for a Swimming Coach based at Barnet Copthall Leisure Centre. Join us as a Swimming Coach and play a key role in the developing our Squad Swimmers in our Swimming training Scheme (BTS). This is your chance to deliver safe, consistent coached programmed swimming lessons for our swim squads. As an experienced swimming coach, you'll thrive on supporting people to achieve their potential. Taking a pupil's nature and needs into account. A Swimming Coach will draw on their knowledge of practices, progression and teaching points and apply it in the most effective way, whilst supporting your team of teachers. We're looking for Swimming Coach who are approachable, with the friendly, patient nature needed to build people's trust, motivate pupils and encourage with praise. You'll need to have a


E

ssential - STA Certificate Teacher or Swim England Level 2 Teacher (preferably working towards Swim England Level One Coach)

Desirable - Swim England Level one or Two Coach Qualification.
