As a

Bank Swim Teacher

, you'll work on an ad-hoc basis, providing safe, effective, and engaging swimming lessons to members of all ages and abilities. This flexible role allows you to fit work around your schedule while supporting our community's health and wellbeing.

What you'll do:

Deliver high-quality one-to-one and group swimming lessons Inspire and coach swimmers of all ages and skill levels Tailor your teaching to meet individual needs and goals Promote our facilities and memberships in a positive, engaging way Be a role model for health, safety, and fun in the pool
What we're looking for:

Level 2 STA or SEQ Proven experience coaching swimmers across a range of abilities Strong communication skills and a confident, approachable manner A track record of achieving targets and improving programme performance
