Job Summary:
We have a role available for a passionate level 2 qualified Swim Instructor to join our team at our venue at Everlast Gym, Birstall. The hours are Wednesday 4pm - 7pm (with the potential for additional hours at other venues). You will be responsible for providing swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels. 22 per hour on a self-employed basis.

Duties:
- Teach children water safety and swimming techniques
- Plan and conduct swimming lessons in group or private settings
- Evaluate progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure a safe and positive learning environment during lessons
- Organise and supervise swimming activities and games
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the pool area

Skills:
- Proficient in swimming and an experienced swim teacher
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and interact with students
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents
- Lifesaving qualifications required such as NRASTC or RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or

- Valid DBS preferable , however will be completed in-house as required.

Privately owned swim school with ongoing training and support from the owners.
