Swim Instructor Position - Didcot

Swim School of Oxfordshire is looking for skilled, knowledgeable and friendly instructors to join our team as we expand our popular program to Didcot! We are a swim school offering Swim England lessons at two locations in Oxford and are now offering lessons on a Saturday at Hagbourne Primary School!

Your primary role will be to plan, deliver and review the highest quality, knowledgeable, fun and safe lessons with excellent standards of customer experience, changing lives through giving every child opportunity to learn to swim.

As part of your role, you will plan and deliver swimming lessons in and out of the water, use technology to support and engage customers as well as working as part of a team to deliver our Swim England Framework to the local community.

Deliver fun and inspiring lessons to swimmers 4years+ and their buddies, using Swim England teaching resources Deliver exceptional customer care to every swimmer and family member Assess swimmers on an ongoing basis using an online tracking system and follow our awards process and celebrations when swimmers progress through the framework.
Hours currently available for Children's swimming lessons-

Saturday 1-5pm
Swim Instructors must hold a valid Swim England/STA Level 2 Teaching qualification. A Lifeguarding certificate or Rescue Award is preferred although training can be provided. We will provide DBS checks unless you have a recently obtained one.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 19.50-25.00 per hour
