Responsibilities:
- Teach swimming lessons to individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels
- Create and implement lesson plans based on the needs and abilities of each student
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for students to learn and practice swimming skills
- Demonstrate proper swimming techniques and provide feedback for improvement
- Monitor and ensure the safety of all students during lessons
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
Experience:
- Previous experience in teaching swimming
- Knowledge of swimming techniques and safety protocols
-Knowledge and understanding of the Swim England Framework
- Ability to effectively communicate and educate students of all ages
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others
