Swimming Instructor Self Employed
Job Description
We are looking to expand our team of brilliant instructors at both our Alphington (EX2 8RQ) and Whimple pool (EX5 2QT). We are a small independent swim school with 250 children in the programme and are looking to open up more spaces! We operate on quality not quantity so have a maximum of 6 swimmers per group regardless of stage. At our Whimple pool we only offer 3:1 sessions.
Hours of work:
Saturday hours available between the hours of 9-11am
Weekday sessions 4:30-7pm
Cover sessions available on a adhoc basis Monday-Saturday across other sites In exeter
Optional intensive courses throughout the holidays available
More hours can be added for the right person
Essential skills:
Level 2 Swim Teacher Qualification (SE or STA)
Confident in your own ability to plan and lead own group sessions with up to 6 children per class
Excellent customer service skills with both children and their parents

25 per hour
This is a self-employed position
Term-time only (38 weeks per year)
Opportunity to run crash courses/ intensives during school holidays
