Experienced Swimming Pool & Spa Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Swimming Pool & Spa Engineer. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem solving, and delivering a great service to customers.

About the Role

You will be involved in:

Maintenance and servicing

of domestic and commercial swimming pools and spas

Water testing and balancing

Pump, filtration and heater checks

Basic plumbing and electrical work

Troubleshooting and repairs

Installation of new equipment where required

Attending call-outs and routine service visits
Full training will be provided for the right candidate. There is a clear pathway to progress, increase earnings, and specialise further.

Training & Qualifications

We offer continual development. Within two years we expect the successful applicant to be

ISPE qualified

if not already.

Additional training will be provided where needed.

Requirements

Good timekeeping and a strong work ethic Willingness to learn, take instructions and work independently when needed Ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues A full UK clean driving licence is essential Previous experience in pools is required.
