Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sports coaching and have a genuine desire to educate individuals of all ages in swimming techniques and water safety. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive learning environment, ensuring that all participants feel confident and safe in the water.

Responsibilities

Conduct swimming lessons for individuals and groups of varying skill levels, from beginners swimmers. Develop tailored lesson plans that cater to the specific needs and goals of each participant. Educate students on water safety practices and proper swimming techniques. Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Maintain a safe and clean environment in and around the pool area. Communicate effectively with students and their guardians regarding lesson plans, progress, and any concerns.

Requirements

Previous experience in sports coaching or teaching swimming is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students. A genuine passion for educating others and promoting water safety. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Certification in level 2 swimming teacher, Lifesaving for swimming teachers ; insurance . Must be physically fit and able to demonstrate swimming techniques effectively.

Pay: 27.00-30.00 per hour
