is looking for enthusiastic

Swimming Teachers

You'll work in a supportive, well-structured environment with opportunities to progress into coaching or advanced teaching roles.

What You'll Need:

Swim England Level 1

(or STA equivalent) -

Level 2 preferred

or willingness to achieve it within 12 months Valid

Enhanced DBS

and

Safeguarding certification

Good knowledge of Learn to Swim pathways Positive, reliable and engaging teaching style
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver structured lessons using Swim England & CSCSC's lesson planning & matrix Support swimmer progress and maintain records Work collaboratively with other teachers and Club staff Ensure safety, inclusion and a positive experience for all swimmers
