Job Title: Swim Teacher/Instructor, Level 1 or Level 2.
Employment status: Self employed basis.
Location: Various pools in and around Norwich.
Hours: Evenings and Weekends, hours vary depending on venue.

Overview:
Join our team as a Swim Teacher/Instructor and play a vital role in teaching individuals of all ages the essential skills of swimming in a safe and enjoyable environment. As a Swim Instructor, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire students to become confident swimmers while promoting water safety.

Duties:
- Develop and implement swim lesson plans tailored to the skill level of each student
- Provide instruction on swimming techniques, strokes, and water safety
- Evaluate students' progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure a safe and clean pool environment at all times
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members
- Organize and supervise group swim lessons and individual sessions

Experience:
- Previous experience in swim instruction or related field preferred
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with individuals of all ages and skill levels
- Passion for teaching and promoting water safety
- Knowledge of sports coaching principles is beneficial
