PoolSchools is a growing swim school, running out of ten swimming pools across 5 counties! We are delighted to be expanding the programme on a termly basis due to our great reputation and wonderful customer base!
We are currently looking for a New Swimming Teacher to join our team in Worcester Park, on:
Saturday 12.15-2.30pm
If you are interested in joining the team, as an already qualified Level 2 swimming teacher or as a Level 1 on the verge of undertaking your Level 2, then get in touch today!
Responsibilities:
- Provide swim instruction to individuals or groups of all ages and skill levels
- Plan and implement swim lessons based on scheme and on participant needs and abilities
- Ensure the safety of all participants in and around the pool area
- Evaluate and track participant progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Maintain a clean and organized swim lesson area
Requirements:
- Level 1 or Level 2 Swimming Teacher Qualification required
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate and educate participants of different ages and skill levels
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a DBS background check
