About the Role

As a Service Installation Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality service and installation projects across the UK and internationally. The Lead Engineer role includes additional responsibilities such as team coordination and mentoring.
What You'll Do
Install and commission switchgear and related systems
Provide technical support and guidance to clients
Prepare project documentation (e.g., risk assessments, method statements)
Promote and uphold health and safety standards
Carry out maintenance, upgrades, relay testing, and fault investigations
Submit reports and expenses in a timely manner
Participate in ongoing training and development
What We're Looking For
Willingness to travel and work away from home (Monday-Friday)
Comfortable with offshore assignments (rare, but possible)
Valid UK driving licence (van driving required)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Commitment to professionalism and customer service
Enthusiasm for engineering and continuous learning
