Systems Accountant
You'll be instrumental in the continual effective running of the Core Finance Systems (Open Accounts/eBIS/RAM) including reporting, and will manage projects to streamline finance processes both within the team and across the wider organisation.
What you'll be doing
Supporting existing Finance Systems including maintenance and housekeeping of systems alongside rollout of upgrades and improvements
You'll have an active role in Finance continuous improvement involving mapping and redesigning workflows to create efficiencies within the team
Implementing new Finance Systems through all stages of project.
Maintaining and implementing interfaces between various business and Finance Systems
Collaborating with IT and financial staff to meet business requirements.
Training and supporting team members in the use of Financial Systems and procedures
What you will need
Finance Qualifications (e.g. AAT/CIMA/ACCA)
Upkeep and understanding of Chart of Accounts
Strong understanding of Financial reporting and building of Financial reports in different systems.
To have a good understanding of IT, databases, and have exceptional excel skills;
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
