About the role



You will join the Enterprise IT Services team, which keeps our core IT systems secure and reliable. This role is about more than just keeping things running. You will ensure our technology is high-performing and support our colleagues across the business.

How you embrace curiosity daily



Administer and maintain our systems and applications. Be a technical expert for our most important systems. Provide advanced support and solve complex technical issues. Follow security policies and implement technical best practices. Help improve our IT infrastructure, looking for new ways to optimize costs and performance. Create and update documentation for system processes and configurations. Mentor and guide junior system administrators.

How you make your mark



Ensure our systems are always secure, efficient, and running smoothly. Contribute to key projects and deliver on specific technical tasks. Use your advanced problem-solving skills to find the root cause of critical incidents. Help make better decisions for our IT environment. Guide technical discussions and influence project outcomes with your expertise.

What you bring to the team



At least five years of experience in system administration within an enterprise environment. A proven track record of managing and delivering on technical projects. Excellent communication skills, making complex topics easy to understand for everyone. Expertise with Windows Server, including Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP. Advanced scripting skills with PowerShell, Python, or Bash. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure/Entra, or Google Cloud. A solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and identity management solutions. Experience with troubleshooting Windows and macOS devices.

What sets you apart



Relevant industry certifications like MCSA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Azure Administrator Associate. Experience with automation to improve IT operations and efficiency.
