We are seeking a highly organised and proactive System Coordinator to support the Time & Attendance team with the day-to-day running of our workforce management software. This role will require you to manage the clock-in system for our workforce and support with payroll activities for our workforce at Hinkley Point C.

Shift pattern of 9-day fortnight (Monday - Friday on week one, then Monday - Thursday on week two)

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor clock in times for staff through our workforce management software TimeGate.
Communicating with managers and HR regarding staff absence, sick leave, and lateness.
Booking in holidays and checking holiday entitlements.
Support HR in the staff onboarding process by adding new employees to the TimeGate system.
Investigate payslip queries from staff.
Amend and add overtime duties.
Coordinating and assisting with Training for Managers
Support the Commercial Manager with any ad hoc administrative tasks.
Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative request.
What we need from you:
CITB HSE Operative Test (must be obtained before start date)
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Packages (office, excel, PowerPoint)
Self-motivated, flexible ad able to work independently and as part of a team
Experience working on a workforce management system within large scale project will be an added advantage.
Site Specific Information
You must be able to provide a 3-year work/ unemployment/ education history for vetting process in line with HPC protocols.
You must be able to obtain the HPC pass.
This is a site-based role, and the HPC site is located remotely. A shuttle bus journey of approximately 45 minutes each way is required to gain access.
