Our client, a forward-thinking Manufacturing and Engineering company, is seeking a skilled Permanent Systems Engineer to join their Operations and Programmes team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with various engineering teams to design and develop innovative solutions for next-generation and emerging technologies. You will be responsible for gathering and reviewing customer requirements, defining system architectures, and leading projects from concept to completion while ensuring compliance with company standards. Additionally, you will engage with project management and technical sales teams, guiding technical proposals and representing the company as a technical authority to customers.

Does any of the below sound like you?

Proven background in engineering design, system architecture, or system engineering. Degree qualified in an engineering discipline such as system, mechanical, electronic, software, communications, or similar. Experience with complex customer liaison and working directly with subcontractors and partners. Awareness of Project and Task Management principles. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Demonstrated adaptability and effectiveness under changing requirements and timescales.
