We're looking for a System Leader for Health and Social Care Reforms - a fixed-term (18-month) role at the heart of delivering the Children's Wellbeing and Schools Bill across the BNSSG health system.



This is a rare opportunity to drive real change -- shaping how health, social care, education, and policing work together to improve outcomes for children and young people.



As our System Leader, you'll:



Lead system-wide transformation , coordinating change across multiple agencies.



Align services across NHS Provider Organisations, Acute Trusts, and Primary Care Networks with new statutory requirements.



Strengthen partnerships , ensuring consistency and quality in care delivery.



Influence strategy , working alongside senior leaders to embed sustainable change.

Lead the planning and implementation of changes required under the Children's Wellbeing and Schools Bill.



Provide independent system leadership across health providers, ensuring operational delivery models are adapted and embedded.



Drive service transformation and quality improvement in line with local and national priorities.



Lead the Children's Wellbeing and Schools Bill (CW & S Bill) implementation programme using established methodologies.



Drive common system understanding of principles of CW & S Bill for the work at regional level while acknowledging and incorporating local variations / practices as appropriate



Maintain programme and project plans, risk registers and highlight reports.



Ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and within agreed parameters.



Act as the system link between health, children's services, education, and the police.



Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to support collaborative working.
