We are excited to announce an opportunity for a

proactive and detail-oriented Systems Superuser to join our Northampton team.



In this role, you will provide

essential administrative support

to both

Inventory and Warehouse functions

, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of operational processes.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working

Sunday to Thursday

, covering the hours of

15:00 to 23:00

.

What you will do on a typical day:



Keep systems running smoothly by performing housekeeping tasks in

DLX, SYNQ & 6RS

Raise and manage tickets for system issues, fixing errors quickly to keep operations flowing Handle system downtime by working with engineers and updating key stakeholders to minimise disruption Manage user access across all systems and carry out monthly audits to ensure security and compliance Support warehouse processes through the

Warehouse Management System

(WMS)

, including

receiving, storage, picking, dispatch and inventory



What you need to succeed at GXO:



Strong understanding of warehouse and inventory operations Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with engineers, colleagues and stakeholders Proactive approach to system improvements and operational efficiency
