Job Title: System Support Technician

Reports to: Head of Support & Logistics

Salary: Depending on experience

SUMMARY



The System Support Technician is responsible for: -

Handling technical support queries from UK clients on our technical support helpdesk

Booking appointments related to technical support queries

Managing engineer diaries to ensure all tasks are completed

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Handling client technical support queries and resolving them within the KPI`s set by the business and our clients

Raising ordering requirements and receiving equipment from suppliers

Providing the required support to the Installation team and service team including equipment deliveries where necessary

Supporting the management of internal installation and support documentation contained within SharePoint

QUALIFICATIONS



General level of education required.

Driving licence not essential but desired

EXPERIENCE



Experience of technical administration duties

Engineering experience/qualification is desirable

Strong computer literacy and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Understanding of Health & Safety Regulations

ADDITIONAL SKILLS



Strong teamwork background

Ability to work with detailed information in a structured fashion

Excellent communication skills

Ability to manage various tasks at one and to be able to prioritise accordingly
