The System Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CRM system and other software platforms, facilitating user support, and managing data effectively.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the company's CRM system (Bulhorn) and other software platforms used, ensuring its optimal performance by installing, configuring, and maintaining the CRM platform.
Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving any issues.
Train users on Bulhorn and act as a consultant for any issues that arise.
Manage system updates and ensuring they are carried out without disruption to users.
Developing and implementing strategies to improve business efficiency.
Creating and managing reports and dashboards for business users.
Ensuring data quality, integrity and security of Bulhorn.
Designing workflows and processes that help to streamline business operations.
Working with different departments to gather and define requirements for new projects.
Documenting processes, system changes, and updates.
Monitoring system performance and ensuring system availability and reliability.
Perform regular system audits and prepare for upgrades.
Manage users, profiles, roles, permissions, and assignment rules.
Coordinate with the IT department to resolve any technical issues.
Protect the company's data through appropriate backup and recovery procedures.

Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and best practices
Experience in data analysis and reporting.
