Systems Administrator Tooling (executive Admin)

About the Role:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven professional to join our Tooling team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in the

Manufacturing or Automotive industries

, with strong analytical and communication skills. This role plays a key part in streamlining tooling operations through documentation, reporting, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide

comprehensive documentation support

for the tooling department.

Liaise with suppliers

to collect and transfer data into reporting systems using Google Docs.

Develop dashboards

and visual reports for presentations to the tooling team and departmental management. Contribute to

workflow automation

, identifying process efficiencies and implementing automated solutions. Participate in

internal and external meetings

to present progress updates and gather insights.

Prepare monthly reports

for VP and Director-level reviews. Communicate with suppliers to obtain

timing and status updates

on tooling projects. Maintain and update

tooling trackers

and dashboards for supplier health and readiness. Collaborate with the

Supply Chain

and

Procurement Program Management

teams to ensure a standardized workflow. Extract and consolidate data from supplier-facing systems (e.g.,

ETQ

) into internal tooling trackers. Support onboarding of new suppliers and ensure data integration for next-generation tooling projects.

Required Qualifications:



2-4 years

of professional experience in a data or coordination-focused role.

Experience in Manufacturing or Automotive industries

preferred.

Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite

, including advanced use of formulas and data analysis tools. Strong

analytical and organizational

skills with attention to detail. Demonstrated excellence in

communication and cross-functional collaboration

. Proven ability to

manage multiple projects

and meet deadlines. Capacity to

interpret and present data

to technical teams and senior management effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:



Familiarity with supplier management tools or reporting systems (e.g., ETQ, ERP systems). Experience building

automated reports or dashboards

using Google Sheets, Excel, or BI tools. Background in

tooling, supply chain, or manufacturing operations

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 45.00-50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
