Here at GXO, we are on the lookout for a

System Administrator

to join our team at our

Wellingborough

site, supporting our customer, VMO2. You will provide first line support to the operation in dealing with a range of system and process related issues.

This is a full time, permanent position and working

any 5 out of 7 days, rotating between

6am - 2pm & 2pm - 10pm.

32,000

per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:

Support the operation with system issues and technical knowledge Escalate issues to correct teams, that cannot be resolved in-house Investigate ad-hoc issues and provide solutions Resolve queries highlighted from the operation and the customer Provide subject matter expertise to support Systems related projects Complete and build new or one-off reports as required by the operation and the customer

What you need to succeed at GXO

:

Previous experience with WMS systems, DLX knowledge would be an advantage SQL Query and report writing skills advantageous, but training will be provided Excellent organisational and time management skills High level of general IT knowledge this includes radio data

terminals, printers, PCs
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
