Job Purpose:



The Systems Analyst (Cloud Systems) plays a critical role in the continuous improvement, support, and optimisation of the organisation's frontline systems. Working in an agile environment and collaborating across departments, the role supports the advancement of digital capabilities to meet strategic goals and enhance operational efficiency.

This role focuses on the maintenance, enhancement, and integration of two core systems:

Frontline Intranet - built on SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform Oracle NetSuite - the organisation's ERP system for managing core business processes

Key Responsibilities:



Design, develop, and maintain the Frontline Intranet using SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform to improve user experience and meet evolving business needs. Optimise scripts, workflows, and configurations within NetSuite to support business functions and ensure efficient operations. Conduct thorough research and exploration to identify and adopt new technologies, tools, and methodologies that streamline business processes and drive continuous improvement. Stay informed on the best practices and technological advancements due to the rapidly changing business landscape. Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders to ensure a strong understanding of operational needs and to identify and mitigate potential risks. Perform effective troubleshooting and liaise with third-party vendors as needed to ensure timely resolution of system issues. Support the documentation and delivery of training to employees on any new tools, business systems or processes that are the output of successfully implemented projects.

What we are looking for:



Attention to detail is essential as is the ability to plan and manage a busy and varied workload Ability to evaluate existing processes and systems to identify opportunities and provide advice for improvement. Strong experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 and familiarity with Azure services. Hands on development with Power Apps and/or Power Automate. Proven ability to design, deploy, and maintain technical solutions. Experience of process mapping business operations. Agile Delivery Experience (Desirable but not essential). Proficiency with JSON scripting (Desirable but not essential). Proficiency in Powershell scripting and automation (Desirable but not essential).

Pay: 28,500.00-33,500.00 per year
