What You'll Be Doing:

Become our system detective, analyzing existing systems and workflows to identify areas of improvement and optimisation across our e-commerce and visitor attraction platforms. Identify potential solutions to business challenges and prepare compelling proposals for modified or replacement systems that drive efficiency. Translate business needs into technical solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective and efficient system solutions. Design and oversee comprehensive test specifications, and carry out thorough testing before the seamless rollout of any new systems or upgrades. Oversee the successful implementation of new systems or upgrades to both existing and new technological infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing timely and effective support to ensure smooth operations and minimize disruptions. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures, creating clear and comprehensive documentation for ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing. Regularly communicate with our management team, providing clear and concise updates on project progress and system performance. Empower our team by providing effective training to staff on new systems and offering ongoing support with queries and issues. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data security and integrity, ensuring the reliability and protection of our valuable information.
What You'll Bring to the Table:

Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, with a strong understanding of system analysis methodologies and best practices. A solid understanding of e-commerce platforms (ideally Magento), Content Management Systems (like WordPress), and their integrations. Experience with database concepts and data analysis. Excellent analytical thinking and a high attention to detail, crucial for identifying improvements and ensuring accurate testing. Problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technicalaudiences.
