The role is full-time and initially a 12-month fixed-term contract Based in our Support Centre in Kearsley - M26 1GG, 37 hours per week, with the opportunity for hybrid working once comfortable in the role You will benefit from free onsite parking, and Kearsley train station is just a short walk away With an on-site mini market shop and casual seating space inside and outside (for the sunnier days)

Your future, your role




As a Systems and Reporting Administrator, you'll be:

Responsible for supporting the maintenance of systems used by the helpdesk and producing reports on Facilities Helpdesk activity Carrying out day-to-day maintenance of facilities systems in line with agreed procedures to enable optimal use of the system by business users Supporting the Facilities Helpdesk with any system issues Producing and issuing both regular and ad-hoc reports as required by the wider business and system users Completing all relevant administration tasks linked to the setup of new suppliers Producing ad hoc reports as required Raising relevant monthly purchase orders

You will have:



Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, in particular formulas Administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail Strong analytical skills with a logical and methodical approach to issues
