Systems & Applications Support Apprentice

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours
As a Systems & Applications Support Apprentice you will work in a lean UK team integrated into a larger EMEA team.
The purpose of the role is to provide local and onsite support across; web applications, desktop and mobile platforms, print & telephony services to our employees and external stakeholders in the UK, while contributing towards system enhancements and participating in the development process, where appropriate.
There will be an opportunity to input into the technologies and methods used to develop these systems.
Key responsibilities:
Provide IT support across all DEKRA IT systems; web applications, desktop and mobile computing, print and telephony to internal and external stakeholders
Review all technical support-related processes and documentation for continuous improvement.
Work as an active member of the wider local and global IT organisation in a flexible and supportive way.
Assist in maintaining and improving the performance of existing systems and software
Plan alongside the business to perform data migrations, imports and exports as required
Author and format technical documentation appropriate for the intended audience
Respond to varied tasks, project or programme as required from time-to-time
Attend meetings with DEKRA and clients as and when required
