Are you a problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of technology and business? Wythenshawe Community Housing Group is looking for an innovative Systems Developer to design and implement cutting-edge digital solutions using Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, and other business systems.
In this role, you'll take full ownership of the development lifecycle--from scoping and design to coding, testing, and release management. You'll act as a product expert, supporting teams with technology adoption and enhancing existing systems. A key part of your role will be translating business requirements into smart, scalable solutions while engaging with stakeholders to drive efficiencies. You'll also collaborate with third-party vendors, ensuring external developments align with our business needs.
We're looking for someone with:
Experience developing solutions in Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, and business-critical systems
Strong understanding of programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript and SQL, as well as expertise in API integrations
The ability to engage and communicate effectively with business stakeholders, understand their needs, and translate them into effective solutions
A proactive mindset with experience in Agile development and project management
This position is offered on a hybrid basis, with the expectation that the successful applicant will attend our Wythenshawe office in-person at least twice weekly.
