What will you be doing?




We are seeking talented

Systems Engineers

to join a leading clean energy technology team. You will be instrumental in ensuring that complex energy systems are designed, integrated, and tested to meet rigorous performance, safety, and operational requirements. Your work will span from concept through design, integration, and verification, ensuring systems are fully aligned with project goals.

Your main responsibilities will be:



Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to integrate system designs, ensuring dependencies are correctly mapped and functional requirements are met. Supporting system design, integration, and testing activities for advanced energy platforms. Leading or contributing to the development of system specifications, architecture, and design documentation. Coordinating across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure smooth integration and effective communication of system design decisions. Contributing to system verification, validation, and testing plans, ensuring robust and reliable performance.

Who are we looking for?



Proven experience in systems engineering, ideally with exposure to requirements management tools such as DOORS. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across suppliers and internal teams. Background in integrating complex systems from concept to operational readiness.

Qualifications

Experience, skills and qualifications required:



Degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience producing technical documentation and system specifications. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Proactive mindset with attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes.
