These services can either overlap to create unique activations, or operate independently to service a wide range of clients, from the biggest publishers or brands in gaming to the best and brightest upcoming influencers.

We're hiring a
Systems Operations Coordinator
-- a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on making things work behind the scenes while also supporting our growing creator campaigns. You'll work closely with both our Founder and Operations Manager to design, build, and maintain the internal systems that keep Loadscreen running smoothly, while also assisting in the execution of brand deals from start to finish.
This role blends technical problem-solving with operational execution. On the systems side, you'll use tools like Make.com, Glide, ClickUp, and Google Sheets to automate campaigns, streamline payments, connect data flows, and build intuitive dashboards for both staff and creators. On the campaigns side, you'll help pull briefs and creator stats, track deliverables, and ensure timelines stay on track.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating influencer marketing campaigns across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms using ClickUp, Google Sheets, and internal dashboards.
Act as a liaison between creators, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth communication and optimal campaign results.
Help build pitch decks and internal campaign documents.
Provide administrative support such as scheduling, tracking payment statuses, or logging campaign stages.
Collaborate with the team to scope and deliver internal tools that increase workplace efficiency.
Build automations using Make.com and ClickUp for task tracking, campaign ops, finance sync and more.
Design and manage internal dashboards in Glide to display payments, campaign data, and creator information.
Maintain and improve internal tools and workflows.
Troubleshoot and refine systems as the company scales or new needs arise;
Create clear documentation for all company systems.
Qualifications
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passionate about figuring out how things work and a creative problem solver.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with gaming, esports, and the creator economy (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
Experience with tools like ClickUp or Google Sheet.
Experience with no-code tools like Make (Integromat), Zapier, Glide, Airtable, Notion, or similar.
Experience (Assets):
Familiarity with gaming, esports, and the creator economy (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
Experience in an esports or influencer agency.
Experience with any programming language(s).
Experience utilising AI tools.
